According to our information, a man was shot and injured this Thursday evening in Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne), in a shisha restaurant-bar in the city. For a reason that investigators will now try to determine, two individuals arrived by car in the parking lot of the L'Atelier establishment, which presents itself on its website as "a gourmet restaurant", also offering a Hookah lounge.
It was in this parking lot that the manager of L'Atelier was first targeted and injured in the calf after being shot twice. An attack which then continued in the establishment, where the manager found refuge to try to flee his attacker.
Three shots among customers
The latter, however, pursued him into the room of the hookah restaurant-bar and did not hesitate to open fire again, this time three times, despite the presence of around ten customers seated.
The shooter then returned to the car where his accomplice was waiting at the wheel. The two men then fled before crashing the vehicle a few meters further and continuing running. According to police, this car, a Toyota C-HR, was stolen.
As for the victim, his state of health did not cause concern.
