The magical world of puppets at the Teatro Stabile del Fvg - Rossetti is performed at the Burlo Garofolo maternal and child hospital in Trieste.
Giampiero Lapilli, supported by the puppeteers Roberta Colacino and Gaia Mencagli, together with the narrator MariaGrazia Plos, staged the show Raggio di Luna in the games room of the pediatric clinic for an audience made up of the young patients admitted to the Irccs.
The initiative falls within the scope of the hospital school and proved, according to teacher Roberta Gasperini, to be "a very useful experience".
"Giampiero Lapilli's idea, and the show that resulted from it, seemed so delicate and dreamlike to us - stated Francesco Granbassi, president of the Teatro Stabile del Friuli Venezia Giulia - that, after the success found in the nursery schools of Trieste, it was It's natural to want to share them with the little patients at Burlo. This 'serving' is one of the main tasks of a theater with a public function."
The show, observes the general director of BurloGarofolo, Stefano Dorbolò, "has the immediate aim of entertaining and therefore allowing our patients and their families to spend time carefree, but with the far-sighted objective of bringing children and young people closer to the world of art in general and specifically to theatrical performances, without any doubt an important training opportunity".
