, Guiñazú killed her with 28 stab wounds. He injured himself with the same blade to avoid arrest, but they managed to capture him. He is admitted to the Héroes de Malvinas hospital, with wounds to the thorax and abdomen.

. I had been telling him for a long time that he couldn't be here. His family was also very conflictive. He gave her a good time, but my daughter wanted to end the relationship for a long time,” said Margarita, Soledad's mother, in an interview with

The man, according to the victim's mother, was out of work and her daughter took him to the house they shared "so he could settle in." This Easter Sunday, while Margarita was visiting a friend, Guiñazú stabbed his partner and tried to take his life.

," the victim's mother reconstructed. The truth is that Guiñazú attacked her when she managed to muster up the courage to throw him out of the house.
“He was all very good, like very... I never thought this. I gave him a few days to stay, he helped me, but it cannot be that he would go to this extreme, to take my daughter's life. There was never abuse or anything,” the woman reviewed. That he also insisted that she told him to end the relationship and that the man should leave the house.
Those "days" turned into months and the man had been living with Soledad for about seven years, although recently they no longer had a relationship.

' and he told me yes, that next week he was going to go with his father to the coast to work with him. But there was nothing to suggest that he could do something like that,” the woman lamented.
Guiñazú, nicknamed "Bone", had two daughters, one 18 and the other 10 years old, who lived with his mother. She had already reported him for gender violence and had a restriction on contact, so he could not have a relationship with them.

Soledad met her femicide at school and they met again recently. A year ago they had been together again, until he convinced her to go live in the house she shared with Margarita, her mother, because she “
had nowhere else to go
.”
“They didn't want it, they told her it wasn't for her. My daughter was a divine, delicate little person. She was my daughter, what can I say,” she said of what friends and family thought about the couple.

that Soledad had not reported Guiñazú, but she did have previous complaints from her previous partner.
Due to his injuries, the man remains detained but hospitalized with a reserved prognosis. “He has the possibility of recovery,” hospital sources confirmed. However, he is not in a position to testify and that is why he has not been investigated by the prosecutor.

We are all shocked, family, friends and acquaintances of Matías."
