After this first discovery, we quickly move on to the Hitscher Alm, where the meadows provide the raw material for the delicious hay milk. The traditional production of this milk has a long history in the Tyrolean Kaiserwinkl and is still maintained today by a cooperative producer group. After a refreshment with alpine products, the climb to the 1,353 meter high Brennkopf begins, which leads along picturesque alpine roads.
