The Ickinger municipal road is currently closed. The dilapidated road surface needs to be repaired. However, the end of construction is unclear.
Icking – The Ickinger municipal road on Talberg is currently getting a new road surface. The construction work on the steep road up to the elementary school and high school was scheduled during the holiday season. However, as Mayor Verena Reithmann reports, the work will extend into normal school operations.

Although the traffic sign says “entry prohibited”, a “real full closure” for two to three days is yet to come, according to Reithmann. “Probably next week or the week after,” when the road surface is applied, explains the town hall boss. The municipality wants to inform residents about the final step of the work in good time and inform citizens on the municipality's website.
