Addicts to gambling games like poker had found a place to satisfy their passion. They will have to find a new address. On March 7, justice put a stop to an illegal gaming table in Champigny-sur-Marne (Val-de-Marne) during a raid. Seven people, including the two alleged organizers, were arrested.
They were both placed under judicial supervision two days later. The others are "subject to summons", specifies the Créteil public prosecutor's office which had opened a preliminary investigation "for acts of carrying out prohibited gambling and chance operations in organized gangs, money laundering and concealed work

. During the searches, investigators notably found 22,000 euros in cash, a firearm and narcotics.
