, when she said that she had been expelled from the chat that she shared with the other members of the group. “This always happens to me, because I say things. You know, I get really excited when it comes to the Spice Girls, because it's 30 years. And, anyway, we have a lot to celebrate: the fact that we are all still healthy and living life and we are all still talking. It's nice, so I can't say anything else so they don't kick me out again!”
The events date back to 2019, when Mel B. slipped in an interview on

that the group had held a meeting to discuss the details of their return on a tour without Victoria Beckham. He revealed details that the rest of the group considered private and paid the price for it. A mistake that he seems to have learned from and that he does not want to repeat... or at least try to because the group's 30th anniversary has once again put on the table that it is difficult for Mel B. not to say what he thinks. “We want to do something and we are working on it,” he commented on this important date and the possibility of another tour, “but I really can't tell you because they would kick me out of the WhatsApp group again, so I have to be very careful,” he said. And, in case anyone had any doubts, he added: “I am a very honest person, so I can't lie.”
Faced with growing rumors about a possible reunion of the group for the anniversary, Victoria Beckham has quickly come forward. During an interview on Radio France she was blunt and assured that the band's only plans were to “remember the old days” and perhaps enjoy a quiet dinner together. If Mel Brown was part of that chat again, she would most likely have been expelled again.
