RB coach Marco Rose thinks highly of Freiburg coach Christian Streich. He shaped the Bundesliga as a guy and coach.
Leipzig - Marco Rose will say goodbye to his coaching colleague Christian Streich with a bottle of wine on Saturday (3:30 p.m./Sky) after RB Leipzig's Bundesliga game at SC Freiburg. “I packed a bottle for him to enjoy when he has a little more free time,” Rose said Friday. He wanted to chat with his colleague again and wish him all the best.
Streich shaped the Bundesliga as a guy and coach and will be missed. “But business runs out of gas at some point and so it’s an understandable decision,” said Rose about Streich’s decision to relinquish his position at the end of the season. Rose expressed the hope of meeting the Freiburg resident again at some point when his tank was full again. dpa
