Last week, GNTM candidate Luka wobbled because he couldn't convince during the shoot. Now the newcomer is making a mistake in front of model mom Heidi Klum.
Los Angeles – In the eighth episode of “Germany's Next Top Model”, the candidates have to prove themselves in front of Heidi Klum (50) in a football stadium. There the lawn was converted into a catwalk and the models were allowed to present the designer pieces by Christian Cowan, who was also invited as a guest juror, in front of the model mother. After Heidi Klum announces who will make it to the next GNTM round, she then receives a compliment from Luka (24) - but that doesn't go down as well with the 50-year-old as she had hoped.

The twins Julian (24) and Luka have already been a topic of conversation in previous episodes. During the GNTM makeover, Julian complained a lot because the bleaching caused his scalp pain. In episode 7 (March 28th), Luka had to worry about the final decision because he did worse than his brother Julian in the comp card shooting. Julian received his photo from Heidi Klum immediately after the shoot and thus the ticket to the next GNTM round.

Now the twins are drawing attention to themselves again - at least Luka. After Heidi Klum announces to her male models that they have once again all moved on to the next round, the Frankfurter approaches the model mom and tries to talk to her: “Can I tell you something briefly?” The 50-year-old is curious and asks what he wants to know, whereupon Luka says openly: “Your hair looks really good today. Well, they always look good anyway, but…” The supermodel interrupts the GNTM candidate and ends his compliment: “But especially good today.”

Luka doesn't allow himself to be confused by Heidi Klum's interjections and follows up again: “This volume is awesome, somehow.” The GNTM juror still doesn't want to accept the compliment gratefully and so asks again: “You love my volume today?” As she says this, she casually runs her hand through her hair. Luka agrees with a quiet “yes”. Then Heidi Klum turns around and rebuffs Luka: “Don’t intrude on me today.”

Without waiting for the candidate's answer, she turns around and walks away. “I only ever say things that I mean seriously!” Luka calls after the GNTM chief judge, but the top model is already on her way to leaving the football stadium. Candidate Marvin (22) also caused an embarrassing moment last week (March 28): The 22-year-old confused the GNTM photographer in front of Heidi Klum.
