“Around 2 a.m., the approximately 40-year-old man was on the tracks of the subway line at the Am Hart subway station,” the press release says. After the subway came to a standstill, he managed to climb out of the track area onto the platform on his own.

“Emergency forces from the Munich fire department secured the subway and checked the area under the platform. The passengers were then able to leave the subway,” the fire department continued.
