Additional degrees increase daily activity time (for searching for food, sexual partners) as well as the length of the reproductive season, especially in mountainous and high altitude regions.

Three researchers from the University of Boulder (United States) and Tel Aviv University (Israel) modeled the effects of deforestation combined with those of global warming, to understand the final impact on lizard populations in 'North America. In light of the results obtained, optimism is no longer really appropriate.
