In his brand new counter called “Haton-nous”, opened in December on rue de Liège (Paris 8th), a stone's throw from the Saint-Lazare station, this trainer at the famous Ferrandi school of gastronomy and management (6th), 54 years, has been delighting its customers with this essential French cuisine available in multiple versions.
