The structure, with 20 cradles and 9 employees, opened its doors in 2004 and has since straddled two apartments, a location which was supposed to be temporary. “The provisional lasted twenty years,” points out Stéphanie Daniel. On the other hand, for the closure, the town hall only announces it to the agents five months in advance.
