While the thermometer showed “already 19°C when we woke up in Bordeaux”, Pauline and David, in their thirties, “came to get some fresh air” this Saturday, April 6, in the Arcachon basin. With 28°C recorded at the hottest point of the day in the Gironde capital, 10 more than the usual maximum temperature, the two Bordeaux residents are not the only ones to have taken to the road to enjoy weather worthy of happy Julyists.
After a rise in temperatures “started in recent days”, we experienced an early heat peak this Saturday April 6, above 25°C in most of France and up to 30°C in the South. West.
