Humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip/IDF spokesperson
On the six-month anniversary of the outbreak of the war, while the IDF forces are withdrawing from Khan Yunis and there is no progress in the negotiations for the release of the abductees - today (Sunday) a record was recorded in the number of humanitarian aid trucks that entered the Gaza Strip.
About 322 aid trucks entered Gaza today. Moran Hila Madmoni, resident Sderot reacted angrily and said that "humanitarian aid should not be brought into Gaza until they take care of our abductees there. The medicines do not reach the abductees. As far as I'm concerned, there is no humanitarian aid for Hamas, the terrorists - who kidnapped, raped and murdered. The state is making a mistake. This is the negligence of the state, humanitarian aid in exchange for aid to the abductees, equipment is simply not allowed into Gaza."
Merav Cohen from Kibbutz Ein Hasholsha: "I don't understand how humanitarian aid can even enter Gaza while there are abductees in the Strip, this is another concept that they should have realized is a failure. I don't understand who even thought of bringing dozens of trucks with equipment into the strip, ridiculous."

Meanwhile, this is the largest amount of trucks transferred to the Gaza Strip in one day since the outbreak of the war. There is no Any limitation on the amount of aid that can be provided to the citizens of Gaza."

Today, after months of fighting in the south of the Gaza Strip, the IDF completed the withdrawal of the 98th Division from the Khan Yunis area. The army realized that the tree maneuver in the south of the Gaza Strip had exhausted itself - and chose to switch to a more focused method of fighting - which would be based on raids from the outside, based on intelligence, which would apply pressure and create deterrence.
The method of fighting in this configuration has been tried recently in the Netzer corridor, which crosses the Gaza Strip, and now, as mentioned, the 98th Division will also switch to this fighting in Khan Yunis. Despite the withdrawal from the south of the Gaza Strip, there are forces that remain in Gaza, and additional forces can be flown into the corridor at any time.
Apart from change The IDF realized that after four months of fighting, the forces needed to be refreshed, and the IDF's logistical technology division, which was constantly working to maintain the tools in the field, needed to verify their integrity. In any case, the IDF has plans to continue its activities in the Gaza Strip - both in Rafah and in other places.
