Ross Antony has been open about his homosexuality for many years. But when it comes to coming out, the pop star would change one thing in retrospect.
Siegburg – Ross Antony (49) is one of the most popular pop stars in Germany. After becoming known in the 2000s as a member of the band Bro'Sis, he then focused on his solo career. In 2021, the British native even got his own show on MDR, “The Ross Antony Show”. The singer is also a welcome guest in the hit shows of his colleague Florian Silbereisen (42).

Ross Antony's private life is also going well: he has been in a registered partnership with the opera singer Paul Reeves (49) since 2006. After same-sex marriage was allowed in Germany in 2017, the musician took the opportunity and said yes to his partner. The couple also adopted two children together.

Despite his full life, there is something Ross Antony regrets in retrospect. In an interview with

, the pop star was asked which youthful sin he would have liked to have renounced. His answer was pretty clear.
Ross Antony shows remorse: coming out didn't go well
"It's not really a sin, but I regret not coming out sooner," the entertainer confessed. In his case there weren't that many obstacles. “That would have been possible because my parents were always behind me right from the start,” says Ross Antony. In fact, his mother suspected early on that he liked men instead of women.

He himself found out about his sexual orientation through his subconscious: “It was actually pretty simple, I dreamed about men. I think that was the point at which I asked myself: 'OK, why don't I dream about women but about men?'” Ross Antony still doesn't appear in public today out of “respect for the older generation”.
