According to France 3, seven people “between 10 and 45 years old” were injured , two of whom were greatly shocked. France Bleu, for its part, mentions three injured people hospitalized, including two children and a host who scratched his hands while trying to hold the structure.

According to France Bleu, this “inflatable climbing wall” flew away although it was attached. Links had even been tightened a few minutes before the accident, the municipality confirmed to the radio. According to information from Sud Ouest, the organizers were preparing to end the activity at the sight of the force of the wind.
The event, organized ahead of the Olympic Games, was canceled after this accident. An investigation has been opened into unintentional injuries to determine the circumstances of the accident.
