In Noiseau (Val-de-Marne), the meters are climbing, but for how long? Some 2,200 contributions were submitted at the beginning of 2023 during a first public consultation organized as part of the 800-place penitentiary center project desired here by the State.
Nearly 3,000 were registered during the consultation organized in recent weeks with a view to qualifying this program as a project of general interest (PIG). That is to say a little more than 2,300 dematerialized contributions and “around 600 on paper”, indicates Isabelle, member of the “active and committed citizen collective for Noiseau” which also mobilizes on Tik Tok and Facebook.
