Geretsried
– Three slightly injured people were the result of a rear-end collision on Friday evening shortly before the Tattenkofen Bridge.
The driver of the van failed to notice the VW that was braking in front of him
At around 6:10 p.m., a 25-year-old from Geretsrieder was driving his VW from the direction of the B11 towards state road 2072 and wanted to turn left into the parking lot there shortly before the Tattenkofener Bridge. According to the police, however, he had to wait due to oncoming traffic. A 47-year-old Hungarian driving behind him in his Mercedes van overlooked this and drove into the VW without braking. As a result of the collision, the two occupants of the VW, the driver and his 26-year-old companion, as well as the person who caused the accident, were slightly injured and had to be treated by the emergency services.
