After the emotional surprise in one of his hit shows, Florian Silbereisen now starts his return visit - he inaugurates the music room named after him in a children's hospice.
Magdeburg - Since 2013, pop icon Florian Silbereisen (42) has been the patron of the Pfeiffer Foundation children's hospice in Magdeburg. The facility accompanies terminally ill children and young people along with their families on their journey through illness. At his last hit event, Florian Silbereisen was surprised on stage by the hospice - that moved the singer to tears. Now he has paid a return visit to the children's hospice.

During “The Big Hit Surprise – for Florian Silbereisen!” the presenter was surprised more than once: one performance moved Florian Silbereisen to tears. Representatives of the children's hospice of the Pfeiffer Foundation Magdeburg thanked the pop star on stage for his support as patron of the facility. What's more: They announced that the hospice's “music and sensory room” had been named after the 42-year-old.

“When you get to experience a surprise like that, I actually couldn’t hold back my tears. That was the most emotional moment of the evening for me and probably the most emotional moment I've ever had in a show," Florian Silbereisen tells "Gala", who accompanied him on his visit to the hospice. The feel-good presenter describes the facility as a “happy place,” although “fate sometimes strikes very, very cruelly every day.”
Florian Silbereisen wants to organize a “hit party” for children
During his visit, the singer will be given the honor of opening a music therapy room. The showmaster says that he will not miss the opportunity to hold a small concert for the “kiddies” and to organize a small “hit party”. His patronage is very important to the moderator. Above all, he wants to use his reach to draw attention to the work in the children's hospice and collect donations.
