The Bruck district will also be affected again at the next cycling rally organized by the General German Bicycle Club (ADFC). The tour partly leads over the B2 and through Germering.

Fürstenfeldbruck - “Five years of the Munich cycling decision: Where are our cycle paths?” asks the ADFC in a statement on Monday. Together with the alliance partners, the bicycle association is demanding that the implementation of the Munich cycling decision “finally gets on the streets,” as the statement says. “We are calling for the 'RADvolution' so that cyclists can finally travel safely and quickly in the state capital and the Munich district as well as the entire metropolitan region. The infrastructure for this must be built now,” it continues.

Several routes from the surrounding area towards Munich are planned for the day of the cycling protest on April 21st. Among other things, highways will also be closed to cyclists. The Fürstenfeldbruck district is also affected: cyclists from Augsburg ride through the FFB region.

The route

Accordingly, the cyclists start in Augsburg in the morning. They want to have reached the Bruck region shortly after 11 a.m. You roll over the FFB3 and the B2 to Fürstenfeldbruck, pass the Amperbrücke at around 12.30 p.m., continue on the FFB 17 to Eichenau, the state road 2069 via Eichenau, Puchheim-Ort to Germering (only crossing the B2 here) over the Augsburger-, the Untere-Bahnhofstraße, over the Spange and finally crossing the A96 via M 21 to Planegg and on to Munich, the city limits of which should be reached at around 2 p.m.

The bicycle hawsers are always accompanied by the police. “The highlights are the shared journey on the Mittlerer Ring, which is closed to vehicle traffic, and on the A95 motorway between Luise-Kiesselbach-Platz and the Munich Kreuzhof exit, which is used in and out of the city,” said the ADFC. All routes lead to Königsplatz. There will be a stage program with music and more from around 3:30 p.m.

The other routes can also be found on the Internet at adfc.de
