Gilles-William Goldnadel: “Six months after the attack of October 7, the incredible accusatory reversal”

Highlights: Gilles-William Goldnadel: Israel was defeated in the media in the open ideological field. October 7, six months later. What remains of his memory? Nothing or almost nothing. The dead of Gaza buried those of the kibbutz in the tomb of collective memory, manipulated by the media. My task is particularly thankless, as some might think that this subjectivity that I do not conceal, that this commitment to a camp that I fully claim, would affect my credibility. Would taking sides be biased? I don't know, people will want to judge me objectively based on my argument which is intended to be honest. The truth must be told: Israel was defeated in the media in the open ideological field. The Jewish State is now banned from all nations. But I announced in my

War Diary

that it could not be otherwise.

As early as October 10, I already wrote:

“Date set. Israel responds with massive bombings on an urban area. Like the Allies on occupied France. Gaza under siege. I intend to set a date.

The great pogrom

committed by the Islamo-Nazis is three days old and Israel's real response has not yet begun. I don't give another three days for Israel to be Nazified and the Arabs of Palestine to be painted as genocided martyrs. The head of the Israeli army will not be Montgomery but Rommel. And the Tsahal will be the Reichswehr

.

Here we are. The term “genocide” is used with impunity against the Jewish State, with barely concealed enjoyment. Those who use it from evening until morning are obviously the rebels who, from Thomas Portes to David Guiraud, engage in a competition of poisonous thorns. Jean-Luc Mélenchon is also there, he who, with regard to the Uighurs, had spent a lot of time explaining why, compelling as well as delicate, he was reluctant to use such a term with regard to communist China. tragically overtones. And it doesn't matter that French Jews pay the price for their verbal delusions. Islamized cities feast on their quotes. I wanted to respond to the grievances attributed to the inevitable brutality of an army's bombings with contemporary analogies such as the massive Allied bombings of Mosul and Raqqa which did not give rise, far from it, to such an unleashing of words and media excommunications.

A former prime minister just did it this Sunday April 7 in my place. During the RadioJ Forum, Manuel Valls confirmed that France had participated in massive bombings which killed thousands of civilians in Mosul during strikes by the international coalition of which it was part from August 8, 2014 and while he was Prime Minister. Which led him to compare Mosul and Gaza:

“There were hundreds, thousands of civilian deaths used as shields by the Islamic State in Mosul (from August 8, 2014) due to the bombings of the Iraqi army and the international coalition in which we participated as French

.

The great Palestinian intellectual Mahmoud Darwish conceded without argument that the Arabs of Palestine had the unexpected media opportunity of having Jews as their adversaries...

Question from journalist Frédéric Haziza:

“So France killed civilians?”

. Response from the former Prime Minister:

“Yes, there were hundreds, thousands of deaths, civilians used as human shields by the Islamic State. Yes, unfortunately, there were deaths because it’s war

. ”

Question:

“So what is happening in Gaza is similar to what happened in Mosul?”

. Answer:

“The objectives of Hamas, which used the same methods, perhaps worse than the Islamic State, in attacking the Israelis, have nothing to do with the self-defense of a democratic state which cannot support 'to have a terrorist organization that would do it again every chance it got'

.

All is said. And well said. I sincerely deplore the unfortunate dead children of Gaza. But I categorically refuse to confuse a terrorist who voluntarily massacres a civilian with a soldier who involuntarily kills a civilian to reach the terrorist who is protecting himself behind his body. In Mosul as in Gaza. In my

War Journal

, and again from October 10, I announce this Nazification of the Jew which can only come:

“The explanation is not just political or media. It is not only based on the immensity of the Number and the enormity of the Money against the unique and the very small. On the far-left press still in majesty, which shows a sharp critical spirit for the One and a very guilty indulgence for the Other. On its pseudo-humanitarian relays, all acquired in Palestine, from Amnesty to MSF via the WHO. On the fearful and obsequious reverence for the Arab street in its holy anger. There is all this and classic anti-Semitism. There is, however, an unconscious and psychiatric explanation which contains them, but also goes beyond them: the Jews are white people who defend themselves tooth and nail. Before we finish off the dying old white male, let us put down the still living young stallion of the West

. ”

A critical mind could legitimately object to me that the allied armies which bombed Mosul and Raqqa were also Western and yet did not suffer, far from it, the same admonitions and curses. This is because almost no one was worried about Mosul. This is where the obsession with Israel and the Jews comes into play. Ancient geographers claimed that Jerusalem was located in the center of the world and they were not entirely wrong. The conflicts in Sudan and the Congo have left millions of dead and displaced people who have not generated a millionth of words than the infinitely less deadly conflict between Israel and Hamas. The great Palestinian intellectual Mahmoud Darwish conceded without argument that the Arabs of Palestine had the unexpected media opportunity of having Jews as their adversaries...

In the tormented Western unconscious, even a well-disposed journalist most often displays a critical spirit - sometimes perfectly justified - towards Israel which is matched only by an indulgence - sometimes paternalistic - towards towards its eastern adversaries.

Examining a significant event that took place last week shows just how loaded the media dice are. An April 1 strike, most certainly and rightly attributed to Israel, notably killed seven Iranian Revolutionary Guards, including a high-ranking general of the Islamic Republic, inside the Iranian consulate in Damascus. The public service radio France Info immediately indicated the seriousness of such an event, being a “first”: the violation of a diplomatic legation inviolable according to International Law. Journalism worthy of the name would have required being more careful. He would have recalled the attack against the Israeli Embassy in Buenos Aires in 1992 and then against the Argentine Jewish Mutual Association (AMIA) in 1994 which left a hundred victims undoubtedly more innocent than the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. An Argentine prosecutor has issued arrest warrants for members of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including a minister. Argentine President Cristina Kirchner was prosecuted for trying to slow down the prosecution. The Argentine prosecutor was most likely assassinated. Journalism worthy of the name could perhaps have recalled this.

At this stage of lack of interest in the crimes perpetrated by the Islamic Republic, I looked with curiosity for critical articles devoted to its vassal, the Lebanese Hezbollah, which, in solidarity with Hamas, attacked Israel from the 7 october. After all, it is this organization classified as terrorist which is also responsible for the death of 58 French soldiers during the attack of October 23, 1983 against the Drakkar camp in Beirut. I found none deliberately critical either in

Le Monde

or in

Libération

. No comparison possible with the daily critical journalistic acrimony generated by the very questionable but very democratic Israeli government. This lends some credence to my theory of the sole hatred of the white Western nation-state embodied by the Jewish state. Doubly victim of being white and Jewish...

At this stage of my lament, I affirm that in the tormented Western unconscious, even a well-disposed journalist most often shows a critical spirit - sometimes perfectly justified - with regard to Israel which has no equal to an indulgence - sometimes paternalistic - towards his oriental adversaries. Six months later, what remains of October 7? Some memories of massacres, hostages including babies still captive but forgotten and a small country attacked, accused, abandoned and cornered. Except, very fortunately, that the above analysis only concerns the very ideological media world and the political universe subject to particular strategic and financial contingencies.

A poll published on April 7 by

La Tribune Dimanche

shows that, contrary to the media and politicians, 66% of French people make any ceasefire conditional on the release of hostages captured by Hamas. The French, now impervious to media ideology, are in solidarity with the Israeli people and have learned in their flesh the price of Islamist terrorism. These people console me for the injustice and stupidity of the atrabilarian folliculars.
