The insurance plot
adds up to pieces
. A great puzzle that increases in names, cooperatives, co-insurers, high-end vehicles, boxes exchanged in a garage. Some of the clues that the federal justice system is following in the case that brought
Alberto Fernández
two charges for alleged
acts of corruption
. An alleged fraudulent administration is being investigated. It is estimated that the obligation to hire Nación Seguros SA from Public Administration organizations and this, in turn, to intermediaries, represented a million-dollar loss for the State.
The federal justice system seeks to unravel what in the accusing opinion was presented as an alleged “criminal organization operating in the contracting of insurance by various state entities during the presidency of Alberto Fernández.” In particular, the investigation focuses on the intermediation of individuals and companies between these entities and the insurer Nación Seguros. All this materialized
thanks to Decree No. 823/2021 issued by the former head of state.
This questioned regulation forced the hiring of Nación Seguros by all Public Administration entities, but also
included the intermediation of co-insurance companies.
After requiring documentation from Nación Seguros SA, raiding the insurers involved and analyzing the contracts, policies, designations of intermediaries and other supporting documentation, Judge Julián Ercolini established a
circuit
with very striking data.
“Irregular circumstances,” the magistrate explained, occurred around a production order that the court signed for the company San Ignacio Sociedad de Productos Asesores de Seguros SA to deliver documentation.

The importance of this company lies in its intermediation with the firm TG Broker SA in the insurance contracted by Nación Seguros SA by the ANSES. It was precisely from the Social Security organization that the pot was uncovered that earned Alberto Fernández two charges for alleged acts of corruption.
The maneuver under investigation has a time window: 2020 and 2024, the entire management of the Frente de Todos government. It turns out that ANSES occupies second place among public entities in the list for sums of money paid in commissions to intermediaries, while San Ignacio Sociedad de Producers and TG Broker, “are in fourth and fifth place among producers that higher commissions received.”
During this period of investigation, links were detected between a group of people.

, appear as president and alternate director - respectively - of San Ignacio Sociedad de Producers. They appeared with two addresses to which the federal force went with the production order in hand, demanding the delivery of documentation, but they did not exist. The royal seat could not be found, Judge Ercolini said.

In one of these procedures, one of Hernán Kelly's companions and the lawyer Emanuel Nagel, delivered two boxes with documentation from the company under investigation.
But the court determined that before that, the legal advisor received those boxes days before in a garage.
Who met him to give him those boxes? Carlos Suárez whom Nagel contacted. Justice reconstructed this through security camera images, which showed that the documentation was taken to the garage by a vehicle that traces another network of contacts. His owner would have some relationship with a woman who is Alfredo del Corro's partner and with whom he also maintains corporate ties.
The car was used to “store the boxes” while they remained in the parking lot. Half an hour later, two boxes were moved from that car to another. The latter appears in the name of the company that makes up Del Corro and which is also under investigation within the list of intermediaries.
When analyzing the network of names, another link was detected. “Smart Technology SRL”, which has as partners Del Corro and Mariana Trupia - the owner of the vehicle in which the boxes of documentation were loaded -, and in turn “the participation of Marcos Federico Eufemio, member of "Nación Seguros SA ”, investigated as responsible for the intermediation maneuvers.
There is more. Judge Ercolini, together with the prosecutor's office led by Carlos Rívolo, determined that Del Corro and Trupia are authorized to drive a series of vehicles that are registered in the name of “7 de Mayo Cooperativa de Trabajo Limitada” and “Cooperativa de Trabajo Irigoin Limitada”. ”.

When that trail was followed, the authorization of other Cooperative vehicles to be driven, it was determined that some were granted to Damián Gosso. In fact, when Del Corro's home was searched to move forward with the raid on his property, a parked vehicle was found whose driving license is in Gosso's name. There is one more link: the latter appears “linked to the official Eufemio of Nación Seguros SA and to Del Corro in another firm, Megaled Del Sur SRL.” Everyone knows each other.
As part of a spider web, there is another point of contact

acted as a contact for San Ignacio Sociedad de Producers,
the intermediary company investigated among others. The suspicion is that he benefited them from the organization, with contracts whose commissions "would exceed the market value," judicial sources indicated to

Until then, everything was already very striking for the researchers. Another piece of information was added. Some chats from lawyer Nagel - who would have received the two boxes of documentation in the parking lot and then handed them over to justice - reveal another name: Héctor Villaverde. One more window opened and it was detected that the latter is a member of San Germán Seguros SA, co-insurer of San Ignacia Sociedad de Producers. All roads lead to contracts with Nación Seguros SA.
Many of these people, under investigation, share tax addresses, but in addition, during the investigation, a linking of telephone communications from March 5 and 6 was ordered (prior to the presentation orders) and this showed that “a large number of people mentioned throughout this decree, contacted each other regarding police procedures.”
Everything, Ercolini indicated, "shows the uncertainty about the documentation provided by "San Ignacio Sociedad de Productos" and another insurer, "Bachellier SA", "as well as about the actual headquarters of their businesses."
As one more piece of the puzzle, “the existence of links between its members and members of “Nación Seguros SA” and with the directors of one of the co-insurance companies, “San Germán SA” was determined.
Part of these relationships are verified in the modality of several of them “of using, as authorized to drive, high-end vehicles on behalf of cooperatives.” For this reason, progress was made in the search of the homes of this large network of people.
