And the minister explains: “We have, for example, a radical Islamist born in 1981 who wanted to carry the flame, two ultra-right types born in 1988 and 1992, one of whom applied to be a volunteer and who wanted to go to Ukraine to fight alongside the Russians. We also have a Russian substitute volunteer who had no criminal record, but who was reported by one of our partner services as someone dangerous. »
