Pope
Francis
expressed his concern about the closure of the Télam news agency and sent a message to workers, who received a "dispensation" from going to work weeks ago.
"Sometimes I worry a little about communication when I see a situation of insecurity and I think about the Télam workers for example, as if
we can't see the future and we don't know for sure how the path will continue
," he expresses in a video.
The message was spread by Somos Télam, the account through which laid-off workers continue to provide coverage and spread their claim to ask for the reopening of the state news agency.
"I pray for the workers who are in this nebulous situation," says the Supreme Pontiff in the video.
