"You, Ceci and your five children, are going to pay for it," says the intimidating text against Mayor Ramón Lanús. Misdemeanor judge Andrés Rolón also received threats, which included sending photos of members of his family. It was after a raid against a medical cannabis company in Martínez.

"You, Ceci and your five children, are going to pay for it

," says the threat from the Instagram user identified as @herrny_ and which is directed at the mayor of San Isidro,

Ramón Lanús

. The comment was published in a post from the Municipality where they reported on the seizure of 1,000 marijuana plants in a company in Martínez. The same person left another similar message on the mayor's account, as

municipal sources informed

Clarín .

The issue did not stop there. San Isidro foul judge Andrés Rolón was also the target of threats. As

Clarín

learned

, the magistrate and his family received intimidating messages on their social networks, which included photos of them. The judge made a criminal complaint.

The threats come after a raid on the

Superfly Medicinal Cannabis company,

in a residential area of Martínez, in which a mega marijuana nursery was discovered and more than a thousand plants were kidnapped, according to the official report.

The place, located in Pirovano, between Ricardo Gutiérrez and Estrada, operated

without the corresponding permits or municipal authorization

and had been the subject of complaints from neighbors, according to municipal sources. After two months of investigation and a request from the municipality to stop operating, the authorities decided to dismantle it.

The Judge of Misdemeanors No. 1 of San Isidro, Andrés Rolón, was the one who ordered the operation in which agents from Security, General Inspection and Public Space of San Isidro participated.

The threat against the mayor of San Isidro, Ramón Lanús.

“This procedure was possible thanks to the efforts of several agencies of the Municipal Government by order of the Misdemeanor Court. From the municipality, we are going to be implacable with all those who do not comply with the law. The commitment we assume to work together with the judicial authorities and other forces allows us to bring peace of mind and security to the residents of San Sidrez,” said Mayor Lanús.

Raid and company response

But as soon as the news became known,

the company came out to question the operation

and give its version of the events. They say that more than 100 people were left without their medicine.

"Cannabis NGO. At Superfly we grow and produce cannabis with the highest quality standards. The safest, legal and healthiest way to access your medicine," is how Superfly Cannabis Club presents itself on its website.

They dismantled the mega nursery of a cannabis company in San Isidro.

Juan Palomino, lawyer for

Superfly Cannabis Club

, reported that municipal agents entered the place without a valid search warrant, without police presence or witnesses, and proceeded to abruptly remove all the plants.

For its part, the municipality insisted that the premises operated irregularly and did not have authorization. "We are going to be

implacable

with all those who do not comply with the law," said the mayor.

The place had already been in the news in 2015 during the "Green Mansion" operation in which the Police seized

50 kilos of marijuana

, divided and ready for commercialization. The most curious thing is that the raid had been due to the suspicion that the couple who lived there had

brought a pregnant woman from Formosa to buy her baby

. At that moment, everyone was detained.

Then, threats came online against Mayor Lanús and Judge Rolón on social networks, to which were also added a flood of comments in which they accused the mayor and the judge of "protecting drug traffickers."

When asked by

Clarín

, sources from the municipality of San Isidro said that the mayor had not yet filed a criminal complaint for the threats and that they were evaluating the steps to follow.

However, on the judge's side, the complaint had already been filed, which will be ratified in the next few hours, as

Clarín

learned .
