Three people were injured, some seriously, in a dispute in Bad Tölz in September 2023. The alleged main perpetrator is charged with three counts of attempted murder.
Bad Tölz - It was an act that particularly shocked the residents around Tölzer Melkstattweg in September 2023. Three people were injured, some seriously, in an argument in an asylum accommodation. The suspects fled, but were arrested a short time later. Charges have now been brought against the alleged main perpetrator at the Munich II Regional Court. According to the press office, the public prosecutor's office is charging him with attempted manslaughter in three cases. “The proceedings against three other accused were separated and handed over to the responsible public prosecutor’s office in Munich I,” said the press office.
The argument moved to the front of the property on Melkstattweg
The crime occurred on the evening of September 6th. At around 10:30 p.m. there was a dispute between several people involved in the decentralized refugee accommodation. There was shouting, crying, swearing. “At that point it sounded as if it was becoming massively violent,” one of the neighbors reported at the time. At this point, the first residents called 911.

The disputes finally moved to the property on Melkstattweg. As the incident continued, several men injured a 24-year-old and a 33-year-old, possibly involving a car, with minor to moderate injuries. A 17-year-old suffered serious injuries and her life was now in danger.
The suspect was arrested a day later at the German-French border
The Ukrainian suspects then fled in a vehicle. The police's extensive search efforts led to success just one day later. A suspect's car was discovered on the German-French border in the Ottersweier/Baden-Württemberg area. Three Ukrainians aged 23, 25 and 50 who were urgently suspected of committing the crime were temporarily arrested by emergency services from the Offenburg police headquarters (Baden-Württemberg). All three were taken into custody. The main suspect at this point was the 50-year-old, who was being investigated for, among other things, attempted murder.
