Highlights: Brothers Daniel and Neria Sharabi fought against Hamas terrorists on Black Sabbath. They returned yesterday to the area of the Nuva Party - from where they conducted a shootout behind a tank, in front of the Nuhva terrorists. The brothers conducted the tour of the party complex with about 20 other festival survivors. They encountered Ido Somech, the driver of the tank behind which they fought, who was on his own tour ofThe place. The last tour that took place was preceded by preparations and formation at the "Izon Arena" center that was established for the survivors accompanied by certified therapists from the "Safe Heart" association. "We found solace in helping people. You heal yourself. That's what keeps us going," shares Daniel. "One of the survivors who came didn't leave the house for six months except for treatments. Being there for each other, with the therapists, gives strength," says Daniel. Last month, the brothers made headlines when they were detained at Manchester airport in the UK.

Six months after the massacre, Neria and Daniel Sharabi return to the party grounds. The brothers, in their 20s from Elad, celebrated in Nova that Shabbat. When the attack began, they fled the area and encountered a tank on the way. The two entered it and found military equipment and weapons in it - which they used in the heroic battle against Hamas terrorists

Daniel and Naria Sharabi, the brothers who fought against Hamas terrorists on Black Sabbath, returned yesterday (Wednesday) to the area of the Nuva Party - from where they conducted a shootout behind a tank, in front of the Nuhva terrorists. The brothers conducted the tour of the party complex with about 20 other festival survivors, when by an amazing coincidence they encountered Ido Somech, the driver of the tank behind which they fought, who was on his own tour of the place.

The brothers, 22 and 23 years old from Elad, celebrated at a party with their friend Yosef Haim Ohana, who was kidnapped to the Strip, and their friend Karin Zourno, who was murdered in the attack. When the Hamas attack began, the two tried to escape from the compound, and after 500 meters they found a tank - which was empty. In retrospect, they discovered that it belonged to Ido Somech. They found a radio, military equipment and weapons there - and started a heroic battle against the terrorists.

"I heard on the phone that the whole division was falling. No one came to help us," Daniel repeated. "We started fighting with what was available, we eliminated terrorists, we were hit by an RPG. My whole hand is shrapnel. We saved something like a hundred people there."

During the patrol, the brothers located the plate of the tank behind which they conducted the shootout. "2nd year, I recognized it straight away," Daniel told Walla. "In the case, the tank driver himself was there on patrol with the families of the soldiers who were with him. It was amazing. The casualty officer who accompanied them said that they would use a sign to commemorate the fallen. This tank is still fighting in Gaza."

Since that morning, the brothers have been trying to save those who survived that black Sabbath. Together with two other survivors, Shaliu Yehoshua and Sheila Tzadok, they founded the association "Future for the Survivors and the Wounded". Helping the other survivors, they say, also promotes their rehabilitation.

"We found solace in helping people. You heal yourself. That's what keeps us going," shares Daniel. As part of the association's activities, among other things, they organized "retreats" - therapeutic vacations - for the victims. Later this month, another one will be held in Kfar HaNokdim. "We asked for help from the state, to support us financially. At the moment it is in the process. In the end we are filling the place of the government," Daniel added.

The last tour that took place was preceded by preparations and formation at the "Izon Arena" center that was established for the survivors accompanied by certified therapists from the "Safe Heart" association. Daniel and Neria visited the disaster area several times, but for most of the participants it was the first time. "One of the survivors who came didn't leave the house for six months except for treatments. Being there for each other, with the therapists, gives strength," says Daniel.

Last month, the brothers made headlines when they were detained at Manchester airport in the UK. Neria Sharabi said that "they just started asking us what we came here to do, and I told them that I survived the massacres on October 7 and I'm here to share." According to him, "The second I said that, he just turned around. From that moment he just started questioning us. He told us, 'Sit there, don't move, we have to question you.' They just started asking us a lot of strange questions, if we are still in the army, how Our time served, what are we doing."
