Highlights: "In recent years we have invested important resources and made our network the protagonist of the ecological transition", underlines Paolo Gallo, CEO of Italgas. "Thanks to smart, digital and flexible networks, today we are able to receive and distribute renewable gases which will progressively replace those of fossil origin", adds Gallo. The know-how developed in gas distribution will also allow important progress in water networks where it is increasingly urgent to reduce losses and restore value to communities, he adds. The 'planet week' will accompany the G7 Climate, Energy and Environment at the end of April at the Reggia of Venaria. Italg as is one of the main supporters of the event and will open its headquarters to events of the Planet Week in Turin, the city that gave birth to the company around two centuries ago. "Turin represents the ideal bridge between the past and the future of energy which we work to create every day", says Gallo on the occasion of the week.

"In recent years we have invested important resources and made our network the protagonist of the ecological transition", underlines Paolo Gallo, CEO of Italgas, on the occasion of the presentation of the 'planet week', a series of events that will accompany the G7 Climate, Energy and Environment at the end of April at the Reggia of Venaria. Italgas is among the main supporters.

"Thanks to smart, digital and flexible networks, today we are able to receive and distribute renewable gases which will progressively replace those of fossil origin. A result - notes Gallo - consistent with the need to balance the three fundamental dimensions of energy: security of supply , environmental sustainability and cost competitiveness for businesses and citizens. The know-how developed in gas distribution will also allow important progress in water networks where it is increasingly urgent to reduce losses and restore value to communities. We enthusiastically welcomed the invitation to open the doors of our headquarters to events of the Planet Week in Turin, the city that gave birth to Italgas around two centuries ago and which for us represents the ideal bridge between the past and the future of energy which we work to create every day".
