The fierce internal conflict in the Libertad Avanza bloc is still hot and some members of that legislative force chose not to avoid the controversy, but rather to debate it in public. These are Lilia Lemoine, the libertarian cosplayer deputy, extremely trusted by President Javier Milei, and Juliana Santillán from Mar del Plata, who came out to question Marcela Pagano, after her appointment to the Impeachment Commission, which was unknown to Martín Menem, president of the House.
Lemoine criticized the journalist and defended legislator Bertie Benegas Lynch, son of Javier Milei's ideological reference, who, according to what he told TN,
"will never fail the President"
and will be nominated as head of the Impeachment Commission.

When referring to the failed appointment of Pagano as head of the commission, Lemoine said that he
"did not agree"
with the appointment of the journalist, despite not being part of it. Due to these internal dissents, it had been requested that the meeting to appoint authorities be postponed until a consensus was reached.
"That's how it was done, it's an administrative procedure," Lemoine said about Martín Menem's email, but he pointed out his criticism that Pagano was approved, even before this Wednesday's meeting. "One simply does not publish a presidency before they vote for him, that is sloppy... It is like celebrating ahead of time," he said and questioned his bloc colleague: "I do not agree with his behavior."
"Marcela was not appointed, the issue is why she was announcing it everywhere. It was a lack of intelligence on her part," he criticized before saying that the intention is for Bertie Benegas Lynch to be in charge of the Impeachment Commission. "It is the will of our space," she remarked.
In parallel, Deputy Santillán left doubts about the future of Zago and Pagano in the LLA bloc.
"I don't know, you have to ask them," responded Juliana Santillán when asked if Marcela Pagano (absent at the meeting) and Oscar Zago (displaced as block head) will continue on the ruling party.
What the libertarian representative did highlight is that whoever chairs the Impeachment Commission will be someone "loyal to the President," implying that the journalist's appointment would be annulled as Martín Menem intended.
