Highlights: Economy Minister Giancarlo Giorgetti said this today in Luxembourg for Ecofin. "We voted against the directive on green homes, the process has been concluded. The issue is chipaga. Unfortunately, we have experiences that are known in Italy" "It's a wonderful, ambitious directive, but in the end who pays? We have experiences in Italy in which a few lucky ones have renovated their houses thanks to the money that the State has put in, that is, all the other Italians", he said. "Let's say that it is an experience that could teach something", he added.  Giorgeti said in a speech at the Ecofin conference in Luxembourg.  "It is a great opportunity for Italy to show that we can make a difference to the environment and to the lives of the people of Italy," he said, adding that it was a chance to show the world that Italy can be a good example of a green nation.
