In Ukraine, 399 settlements were left without electricity this morning following the latest series of Russian raids. This was announced by the state company Ukrenergo, explaining that blackouts occurred in the oblasts of Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Sumy, Kharkiv and Kherson. The operator has asked to limit the use of energy-consuming devices from 7pm to 9pm, to reduce the load on the network a little.
The governor of Kherson Roman Mrochko, according to UNIAN, has reported that the entire part of the oblast not occupied by the Russians is without electricity and there are also problems with water supply.
