The temperature level will be remarkable during this day, as was already the case last weekend. They will display values equivalent to those of the middle of July, i.e. themiddle of summer. The maximums will range from around fifteen degrees to 18°C, which is average or a little more.

Saturday and Sunday will be two (very) beautiful days. Météo France's forecasts predict clear skies throughout the country and an almost total absence of wind. Rain would take over from this blue sky only from the last hours of the weekend.

Saturday: high summer three months early

The day promises to be worthy of summer. The sun will shine from the north to the south of France from daybreak until nightfall. Only a light veil in the North and occasionally a few clouds in the South will prevent the sky from being a completely immaculate blue.

The temperature level will be remarkable during this day, as was already the case last weekend. They will display values equivalent to those of the middle of July, i.e. the middle of summer. In the northern part of the country, with the exception of Finistère where it will be around fifteen degrees near the coast, it will be between 20°C and a little over 25°C. The deviation from the averages could thus reach ten degrees. In Normandy it will even be a dozen degrees!

In the South, the differences will be a little smaller. With maximum temperatures between 25°C and 27°C-28°C, the peak of the day will be between 7°C and 8°C above mid-April standards. These values will correspond to those of early summer, in June, and not mid-summer as will be the case in the North.

For people who go out on Saturday evening and for night owls, the good conditions will continue. The sky will be clear until dawn.

Sunday: it drops in the northern half

Blue skies should once again largely dominate. But the morning should first be tinged with gray in the west of the country, near the ocean, as well as locally in Normandy. Elsewhere, the sun will shine brightly all day. Like the day before, a light veil and a few clouds will prevent the sky from being completely blue. Only the Breton tip will spend the whole day under the clouds.

In the northernmost regions of the country, including Île-de-France, temperatures are expected to decrease significantly compared to Saturday. The maximums will range from around fifteen degrees to 18°C, which is average or a little more. But south of a line going from the Grand Est region to the north of Nouvelle-Aquitaine, the maximums will remain summer and will oscillate between 21°C and 26°C. The edges of the Atlantic will be the exception which will confirm the rule: it should be around 15°C there.

During the evening and overnight the sky should become cloudy. Showers, potentially stormy, could occur in the East and South-West.
