Last week, M6 launched a new talk show. “La Grande Semaine”, hosted by Ophélie Meunier, made a timid entry into the schedule of the sixth channel. Only 453,000 viewers, or 3.8% audience share, were in front of their screens.
“A product that is absolutely unfinished. We still have a lot of adjustments to make, we have a lot of progress to make
,” explained the journalist at Thomas Isle in “Culture Médias” on Europe 1.
During the second issue broadcast this Saturday, April 13, the show laughed at itself through Thomas Croisiere. The comedian also works on France Inter. If the majority of his column is devoted to Michel Sardou, he did not fail to offer a scathing reply at the start of his intervention.
Talks don't bring luck to M6
Thomas Croisiere arrives on stage in a wheelchair, wearing Charentaise shoes. To explain his artificial state, he explains that he was
“hit on a bike last week”
.
“That’s why I missed the show, like a lot of people last week. I have a broken hip and pelvis, but I came to work
. Ophélie Meunier and her table of columnists laugh, perhaps a little yellow. But in front of the camera, the smiles are displayed.
The last talk on M6 dates back to 2014. Valérie Damidot then presented “It’s only idiots who don’t change their minds!”. The show, broadcast every Saturday at 5 p.m. with an average of 500,000 viewers, was canceled after only ten issues.
