Gemma Lonsdale says she discovered she had spiritual powers after being diagnosed with cancer and has since spoken to several deceased celebrities, such as Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington and Princess Diana. According to her, the Princess of Wales gave her a very big hint about the future of King Charles, her ex-husband.
Gemma, 40, experienced a spiritual awakening after being told she had breast cancer in 2018. She began asking herself "deeper questions" and "received signs from the universe", which meant she began to feel she could see future events.
She also started using tarot cards and connecting with spiritual voices, which only got stronger over time. Gemma said she was able to contact specific people who are no longer alive - and even spoke to the late Princess of Wales. She said Diana had given her a worrying message about "a scandal to come", which may mean King Charles may step down soon. Gemma told the Mirror: "I contacted her about the situation with Kate. She wants to protect her children and protect Kate. She went on to talk to me about Charles. She pointed her finger at him, scolded him. She showed me that he Takes off the crown like he's retiring, but she didn't show me why. She didn't give me inside information about what's to come - but there's definitely a scandal to come."
Gemma said she fell into a "spiritual depression" following her first bout of cancer in September 2018. She began to feel as if she was receiving "signs from the universe" that were getting stronger. She said: "I remember sitting on the bus one day and thinking 'Wouldn't it be weird if these two people next to me both got off at the next stop?' And they did. There were coincidences, but so many of them happened in a short period of time that it started to make me question things." Following a second bout of cancer in 2021, she began to ask deeper questions about herself and the universe.
She purchased tarot cards to try to see if she could contact spirits. After a few months she started receiving "messages" that started as strange words but also included full sentences. She began contacting specific people, such as Patrick Swayze. However, she was only able to contact the dead. She said: "Chester Bennington from Linkin Park also reached out to me, and I never had any intention of contacting him. I knew who he was but I thought he was even from the Papa Roach band - he corrected me himself."
Gemma, now cancer free, uses her channeling abilities to help people. She charges $200 an hour for a Zoom meeting to help people figure out issues in their lives — or connect with loved ones. She said: "I've helped people with their healing process - it's amazing. It can be related to relationships they have with their parents, old relationships and understanding why they were created from trauma. The idea is to help people understand why they have these patterns and reactions in relationships. I spoke to One woman and I warned her that it would be difficult to get pregnant. Six months later she sent a message that she was recovering from the operation after the doctors discovered that her fallopian tube was blocked."
The spiritual messages Gemma receives can often be so strong that she has to ignore them completely because it "can be addictive". According to her, "It can be very tempting to ask more than you need to know, or ask for information that won't give me the best experience. It can be addictive. We're not supposed to have all the answers. I could ask, 'Is this person right for me? Should I go out?' With?' But I force myself not to do it. I go on a date with him and find out."
Gemma now does readings for people and teaches channeling - and says she wants to use the gifts she's been given to help others connect with their loved ones. Gemma said: "I communicate with spirits in my thoughts. The spirits bring me the information in a number of ways. I see, hear, feel, know, and I get physical sensations and tastes. I also see spirits and symbolic images. I have a spirit guide that I connect with, But I can connect with anyone who comes, I can talk to celebrities, but the messages are more important than the person who delivers them."
