The Europe Direct Center of the Roma Tre University and the Office of the European Parliament in Italy - in collaboration with the Representation of the European Commission in Italy, the European Documentation Centers (Cde) and the other Eds of the city of Rome - are organizing a public discussion event entitled "I Want Eu: students meet MEPs".
The meeting, which will be held on Tuesday 16 April, from 09.30 to 12.00 in the Aula Magna of the Rectorate of the Roma Tre University, is free and open to participation.
After the institutional greetings, including the intervention of the rector Massimiliano Fiorucci and the authorities representing the European institutions, the debate session will begin which will see students from the University of Roma Tre and the public present in the room address their questions directly to the MEPs questions on current affairs, European policies and issues of general interest, thus contributing to the deepening of knowledge of the European Union and its functioning as well as to the strengthening of direct and transparent dialogue between institutions and the population.
