Confcooperative, 18 over one hundred year old wineries awarded

Highlights: Eighteen more than one hundred year old wineries were awarded by the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry Francesco Lollobrigida at the international Vinitaly fair. The ceremony took place at the Confcooperative stand, where the minister presented a commemorative plaque to 18 cooperatives that have exceeded 100 years of existence. The exhibition is an event included in the calendar of activities for Madein Italy Day which is celebrated today throughout Italy. The more than 100 year old cellars are: Cantina Terlano (1893), Cadis 1898, Cantina Tramin (1898), Cantina di Carpi e Sorbara (1903), Cantine Mezzacorona (1904) and Vivallis - Viticulturists in Vallagarina (1908), Cellar Aldeno (1910) and Cantina rovere' della luna (1919), Cantin Formigine Pedemontana (1920), Cantino Garlin (1923)

Eighteen more than one hundred year old wineries were awarded by the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry Francesco Lollobrigida at the international Vinitaly fair. The ceremony took place at the Confcooperative stand, where the minister presented a commemorative plaque to 18 cooperatives that have exceeded 100 years of existence, in the presence of the organisation's top management.


    "The over one hundred year old wineries to which our tribute goes today - declared the president of Confcooperative Maurizio Gardini - have experienced and overcome all the crises of this country: from the world wars to Covid. With their notable resilience capabilities, they have been able to find the energies necessary to regenerate, renew and be able to face the challenges of the future".


    The exhibition dedicated to over one hundred year old wineries, set up at the Confcooperative stand (Pavilion 1, B7), is an event included in the calendar of activities for Madein Italy Day which is celebrated today throughout Italy.
