Did you order furniture for the holiday? In the state of Pertach, there is little chance that they will arrive

Highlights: The world of influencers has brought coupon codes into our lives. We are so used to being satisfied with what is given, with crumbs. This is true for every aspect of our lives, with special emphasis on all that is said for service from professionals. I understand service. I also provide service. I give myself as a freelancer 100% and sometimes even 200% to clients. And I really can't understand how there are those who accept our money and allow themselves that we will be taken for granted by them. I actually know how - because we give it to them. We stand by helpless, hands drooping, and mouth drooping even more and praying for a miracle. Most of the time, we are only going backwards in our efforts to improve the quality of our service. We have made progress in many areas; here we are going backwards. It is time to change the way we treat each other. It's time for a new generation of service providers to come forward and take responsibility.

The network influencers are persuasive, one click leads you to a sale - and what happens after that is a whole theory of "how not to give service". We have made progress in many areas, here we are only going backwards

I am a person who, when asked about his hobbies, probably in the top 3 will be shopping, with an emphasis on online shopping. The world of influencers has brought coupon codes into our lives, and with them it seems possible to roam the land of unlimited possibilities: 15% discount, 20% in addition to the discount on the website, coupon code showers and discounts that will make it a shekel on the credit trigger, click: "Buy!".

A great disappointment awaited me this holiday, after I was convinced (again) by an influencer, to purchase products as holiday gifts from a well-known company in the field of kitchen utensils. Immediately after the payment, the message appeared to me (forbidden not before it): "Delivery up to 10 working days", which means, despite the influencer's promotion, that I probably won't receive the shipment for the holiday. My disappointment was great. After I tried to reach the company on Instagram and they said they would try, but after two days they regretted and left the effort until after the holiday. It was also very difficult to get them to cancel a deal. Getting my money from you - was a matter of seconds, of pressing a button.

We are so used to it. We got used to being satisfied with what is given, with crumbs. This is true for every aspect of our lives, with special emphasis in all that is said for service from professionals here in Israel. Communication and cable companies, furniture companies (just this week a company twice did not receive a cabinet they ordered that they said was "on the way"), not to mention other systems that are supposed to provide us with service. I understand service, I also provide service. I give myself as a freelancer 100% and sometimes even 200% to clients. I also work on the weekend if needed. I close items on Friday morning for customers. And I really can't understand how there are those who accept our money and allow themselves that we will be taken for granted by them, sometimes transparent. I actually know how - because we give it to them. We stand by , helpless, hands drooping and mouth drooping even more and praying for a miracle. Most people will not insist on receiving a basic service, God forbid,

most food and consumer companies, yes also the fuel and in almost every aspect, have gone to the trouble of raising prices now, precisely now during the war and here , we drag our hands and feet and accept the burden of the cut. And what about the prices that were raised before the current increase? The price has gone down in the markets, of course, if you go to the supermarkets, no one has bothered to return to the previous prices.

I think maybe now is not the time, in the war and when there are 133 abductees in Gaza who don't even eat a quarter of a pita. But I think that never is the time. This is not the time to demand the basic service we deserve. the respectful attitude. We have gotten used to the worst, and when someone is already doing something right - it seems unusual and happy to us. We got used to accepting these situations that are imposed on us and for a moment we forgot that we have the money in our pocket and the ability to choose. You can buy cheap flour, maybe not of the best-known brand, you can not go to a business owner who speaks disparagingly, you can cancel transactions (if Aron does not arrive on time) and you can decide to get the treatment we deserve. no less than that. In consumer life and also in personal life.

I understand relationships less, so I won't drag the allegory there - but I think you will understand. "Not including service" was a phrase that worked for Eleanor Aaron in the 90's. We don't have to swallow the frog. We were supposed to leave Egypt already.
