surprised the small world of television by announcing his departure from “Everyone wants to take their place” less than a year after his arrival. “
A daily one takes a lot of time
,” he explained on his Instagram account, while specifying that he now wanted to devote himself to his tour. Who will replace him ? While France 2 has not yet made its decision, a comedian has already volunteered.
In an interview with
Télé-Loisirs
this week, Willy Rovelli, well known to France 2 viewers for playing the crazy cook and the sheriff of “Fort Boyard” since 2013, said he “
dreams”
of presenting this game. “
I often say that if tomorrow I am given the choice between hosting “Taratata” and “Everyone wants to take their place”, I prefer “Everyone wants to take their place”. (...) I love meeting ordinary people
,” he explains.
The 50-year-old comedian, who also hosts a daily show on France Bleu, sees Jarry's departure as an opportunity to be seized. “
Listen, Jarry is leaving, too bad for him and I would like it to be so much the better for me
,” he admits.

Departure planned for the start of the school year
“Everyone wants to take their place” has been broadcast since 2006 on France 2. It was successively presented by Nagui (between 2006 and 2021), Laurence Boccolini (from 2021 to 2023) and of course Jarry. The latter should say goodbye to the game's loyal viewers at the start of the next school year, exactly one year after his arrival. “
Jarry will be there until the Paralympic Games which will take place from August 28 to September 8, 2024
