Highlights: Munsing's mayor Michael Grasl and the Ickingen cultural manager Wolfgang Ramadan want to fill the hall in the new community center with life. They presented their idea to media representatives. The local clubs would cover around half of the annual program with theater, brass music, classical music, readings, and lectures. Cabaret artist Wolfgang Krebs has expressed great interest in appearing in Münsing's new cultural temple. A first date for next year has also been set: Saso Avsenik and his Oberkrainer team have agreed on January 5, 2025. There are also commercial and commercial uses for the Pallaufhofsaal, which is designed for up to 450 visitors. It is currently rented out to local clubs, neighboring clubs, and commercial users. It was clear from the start that the state-of-the-art hall needed professional occupancy management. Who would be better suited to organize this than Ramadan of the neighboring town of Icking, who has enriched the Bavarian cultural landscape for over three decades?

Münsing

- Münsing's mayor Michael Grasl and cultural manager Wolfgang Ramadan sealed their cooperation with media attention on Thursday at a white sausage breakfast pint. While eating a pretzel pastry, the Ickinger impresario thought out loud about a name for future series of events in the Pallaufhofsaal. The new hall in the Münsingen community center is to be filled with life

It was clear to the municipality of Münsing from the start that the state-of-the-art hall in the new community center, designed for up to 450 visitors, needed professional occupancy management. In addition to around 60 local clubs, neighboring clubs and commercial users, artists of national importance should bring it to life. Who would be better suited to organize this than Wolfgang Ramadan from the neighboring town of Icking, who has enriched the Bavarian cultural landscape for more than three decades?

Cabaret artist Wolfgang Krebst has expressed his interest

He has not yet been able to present a program for 2024 to media representatives - the local press, Radio Alpenwelle and München TV. However, high-profile artists such as cabaret artist Wolfgang Krebs have expressed great interest in appearing in Münsing's new cultural temple, revealed Ramadan. A first date for next year has also been set: Saso Avsenik and his Oberkrainer team have agreed for January 5, 2025.

“We want to offer something sensible here. Nothing fancy, but sophisticated and diverse,” explained Michael Grasl. The local clubs would cover around half of the annual program with theater, brass music, classical music, readings and lectures. They would have to register their appointment requests by April 30th of each year - this is how it was previously handled when renting out the community hall. There are also commercial and private events such as company parties or weddings. The contractual partner and his employees want to take care of the rest, the “basic cultural provision,” as Ramadan calls it.

Ticket prices should remain below Munich levels

The mayor said it should be clear to everyone that hall rent and admission prices would increase compared to the community hall. The use of the hall or a separable segment of it will cost between 50 and 2,000 euros, depending on the number of visitors and, if necessary, additional catering. The aim is to keep ticket prices well below Munich levels. The “Oberkrainer” costs around 40 euros.

The impresario is looking forward to working closely with Martin Müller, who is responsible for the occupancy of the Pallaufsaal in the town hall, and with the local council's cultural representative, Georg Sebald.
