Involve, on a voluntary basis, the Municipalities in checks at the Superbonus construction sites. According to what we learn from parliamentary sources, this is the idea that took shape in the Senate Finance Committee and which is being studied as an amendment to the Superbonus decree. The idea is to guarantee the Municipalities an economic return equal to 30% (this is the percentage we are focusing on) of any recovery. Among the amendments in preparation, various proposals from the majority and minorities provide for exemptions for areas affected by the earthquake and flood and for the third sector.
