Juventus' quadrupled goals by Danilo, Gonzalo Higuain, Cristiano Ronaldo and Caledo Coulibaly were conceded by his own, while Costas Manolas, Herving Lozano and Giovanni Di Lorenzo scored Napoli's goals.
Coulibaly's goal ended Napoli's spectacular uprising as they were three behind after an hour of play before brilliantly leveling.
Juventus have six points from two games and Napoli have three.
Juventus will visit Fiorentina in the next round after a pause for international matches, while Napoli play at home to Sampdoria.
