MADRID (Reuters) - Sevilla have signed Mexican international striker Javier Hernandez Chicharito to strengthen their offensive line before the end of the summer transfer market.
According to a statement by the Spanish club, an agreement has been reached with West Ham United to sign the 31-year-old and the historic goal for Mexico for three seasons.
Sevilla did not announce the financial value of the deal, but press reports said it amounted to 8 million pounds.
This will not be the first Mexican experience in La Liga, where he previously played in the 2014-2015 season with Real Madrid on loan from Manchester United.
