The International Federation of Professional Players (VIVBRO) announced the selection of the Egyptian player Mohamed Salah in the squad of the best "11" players in the world.
Media reports said Magdy Abdel Ghani, chairman of the Egyptian Association of Professional Players, received an e-mail from VIVBO confirming that Mohamed Salah received a large percentage of the vote for the award of the best squad for the best 11 players in the world.
Fifa had drawn up a list of the top 55 players in the world to vote for the perfect squad, with more than 65,000 players worldwide.
The 11 best players will be unveiled at the 23rd FIFA World Football Awards this month in Milan.
