MADRID (Reuters) - Barcelona beat Valencia 5-0 at home to Camp Nou on Saturday in the fourth round of the Primera Liga.

Guinean striker Ansumani Vati scored in the second minute, Dutch midfielder Franky de Jong scored in the seventh minute, defender Gerard Pique scored in the 51st minute and Uruguayan striker Luis Suarez scored the last two goals in the 61st and 82nd minutes.

The visitors' double was signed by French strikers Kevin Gamero and Uruguayan Maximiliano Gomez in the 27th and 90th minutes, respectively.

Defending champions Barcelona now have seven points, move up to fourth and await the results of the rest of the round, while Valencia have four points and have slipped to 14th.
