Defender Stefan Savic pulled one back in the 70th minute with a close-range header and Mexico midfielder Hector Herrera equalized in the 90th minute with a header after a corner.
Each side have a point while Lokomotiv Moscow lead Group D after beating Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 away.
