Syrian knight Ahmed Hamsho won first place in the Grand Prix of the Moscow International Equestrian Championship, including the hurdles race in the face of great international competition.
This victory will allow Hamsho to participate in the World Equestrian Olympics in Tokyo in 2020.
Teams from several countries, including Russia, Britain, France and other countries known for their tradition and strong equestrian teams, took part in this four-day tournament.
The national anthem of the Syrian Arab Republic was played against the background of the rider Hamsho touring his horse at the racetrack.
