The SC Freiburg continues to belong to the top group of the Bundesliga. At Fortuna Dusseldorf, Christian Streich's team won 2: 1 (1: 1) thanks to a goal from substitute Luca Waldschmidt (81st minute). Previously, Rouwen Hennings had met for Dusseldorf (42nd) and Jonathan Schmid for Freiburg (45th + 1).
Due to the success, the Freiburg (13 points) in third place, with one point behind Bayern Munich at the top. Düsseldorf (four points), however, is waiting for eleventh place in five games for a win.
