In this hitherto disappointing season, the home stadium for the team of Borussia Dortmund was the last feel-good place. Here it was furiously launched against Augsburg in the season, had reconciled after the unexpected defeat at Union, the fans with a gala against Bayer Leverkusen. But after the 2: 2 against Werder Bremen this loan was again playful and the team was adopted with whistles. The current form of BVB raises questions.
Why did the team from the past five games win only one? Why has BVB conceded the most goals from the teams from the upper half of the table? Lucien Favre responded in detail, but lacked pertinent evidence of the reasons.

Against Werder it was, among other things, the offensive power. Winger Jadon Sancho has not yet recovered his strong form of preseason, his counterpart Thorgan Hazard is not yet the hoped-for gain. In the lead, Mario Götze replaced Paco Alcácer, who had recently faltered, but interpreted this role differently.
"We have to exert more pressure and sometimes nail the opponent to the wall," demanded playmaker Reus. With the goal scoring the team actually has no problem, under Favre it scored in the Bundesliga before home crowd in any game less than two. Against the Bremer makeshift defense but would have been quite more in it.

The defensive problems weigh more heavily this season, the mistakes in the defense are repeated.
