Syrian basketball is returning to participate in the Arab championships on the agenda of the Arab Federation of the game in both male and female categories during the coming period after an absence of several years.

Basketball Federation President Jalal Naqrash said in a statement to SANA Sports Representative: “Syria has returned to participate in the Arab Championships after years of interruption after the meeting held by the Federation with the officials of the Arab Federation of the game during his presence in the General Assembly of the International Basketball Federation, which was held recently in China. ”.

He added that the return of Syria to the calendar of the activities of the Arab Basketball Federation has received great attention from the supervisors of the game in the Arab federations, pointing out that our teams will prepare to participate in the championships listed on this calendar in both male and female categories.
